\n<\/strong>Gegruendet in Civitanova Marche im Jahre 1956 unter dem Namen FMC Snc \u2013 heute F.I.M. s.r.l. \u2013 beginnt die Firma als handwerklicher Betrieb, spezialisiert in der Produktion von Klammern fuer Blatterfedern fuer die Eisenbahn-Industrie.<\/p>\n

Die Gruender waren 5 Freunde – Federico Fornari, Elio Raccosta, Ettore Selmarini, Giuseppe Marinelli und Ezio Muzi, Arbeiter der Schmiede eines grossen Unternehmens der metallverarbeitenden Industrie in Civitanova Marche, die nach Schliessung dieser Abteilung des Unternehmens arbeitslos geworden waren.<\/p>\n

Die Firma bestand aus 15 spezialisierten Handwerkern, die weiterhin die Kunden ihres ehemaligen Unternehmens belieferten. Ihr frueherer Arbeitgeber ueberliess ihnen nicht nur die Kunden sondern auch die Maschinen ihrer Abteilung, wie Handh\u00e4mmer, manuelle Drehwerkzeuge und Fraesmaschinen.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund der sofortigen Verf\u00fcgbarkeit dieser Ressourcen und der von den 15 qualifizierten Handwerkern bei der Herstellung von Komponenten gewonnenen Erfahrungen, konnte das Unternehmen sofort ein komplettes Produkt zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen, mit demselben Qualit\u00e4tsniveau der \u00e4lteren Unternehmen der Branche.<\/p>\n

\n1992 wird die heutige F.I.M S.r.l. gegruendet mit neuen Teilhabern, unter anderen Federico Fornari, Ivan Fornari und Mirella Testasecca als Mehrheitsgesellschafter.
\nDer Ru\u0308ckgang der Auftraege und das Nachfrage-Monopol fuehren dazu, dass das Unternehmen entscheidet, die Handfertigung aufzugeben, um einen Prozess des U\u0308bergangs zum Warmformen von Stahl zu beginnen und erwirbt die erste Maschine zum Formen.<\/p>\n
